E-INFRA holding includes: Electrogrup, EPC contractor for complex projects in critical infrastructure for energy and renewable energy, construction and telecom projects, Nova Power and Gas active in energy production, energy and gas supply, natural gas distribution and energy and gas trading, Netcity Telecom, a company that develops and operates the metropolitan fiber optic infrastructure in Bucharest, Direct One, the operator of the largest neutral long distance fiber optic network with national coverage, maintenance services and telecom projects and WESEE, offering full installation and maintenance services for wind parks.

We are looking for a Legal Adviser in our Legal Department, able to deliver professional pragmatic advice and practical support on legal issues to E-INFRA Group, with focus especially on commercial matters in four main areas: Construction, Energy Infrastructure, Public Acquisitions, as well as Smart-city projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute in various legal projects which may occur in E-INFRA Group.
  • Offer added value legal advice to partners in various projects, with a focus on public acquisitions, construction/real estate and commercial matters.
  • Assist in updating and the continuous improvement of standard terms, conditions, policies, processes and systems within the legal function.
  • Develop and manage good working relationships with all business partners in E-INFRA Group. 
  • Keep and improve the reporting routine.
  • Drafting, negotiating, reviewing a variety of commercial contracts and transactions and advising on legal risk.
  • Drafting documents and letters required for the day-to-day business.
  • Support in receivables recovery by drafting notices, court claims and legal representation.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Skills and qualifications:

  • At least 5 years professional experience (lawyer, legal counsel).
  • Advanced legal knowledge with focus on public acquisitions, real estate and commercial law.
  • Litigation experience is a plus.
