Responsibilities:
- Drive the IT demand management process and ensures that demands are captured, assessed, and implemented.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and project plans, and design clear and concise technical documentation.
- Initiate and execute intra departmental communication and improvement activities to ensure maximum alignment of the IT with business priorities and facilitate demand capturing.
- Build an overall demand pipeline on an annual basis as well as in an ongoing basis (mapped with annual plan).
- Develop and maintain a project and enhancement roadmap aligned with business priority, IT capacity, technical dependencies, and ongoing project portfolio.
- Identifies and communicates any deviation from the demand management process, defines and implements corrective actions.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ensures timely and accurate reporting of all IT demand related issues to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with group suppliers.
- Attend business meetings with group partners.
- Ensure high-quality work in end-to-end IT solution delivery.
Requirements:
- Education: bachelor's degree in computer science.
- Business management courses would be a plus.
- Relevant experience in project management, business analysis or IT service management is preferred.
- Experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics would be appreciated.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software development methodologies and knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns and trends and use data to inform decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from start to finish.
- Advanced English level.
- Disponible for work related travel.
