In over 26 years of activity, E-INFRA Group has diversified its investments and expertise in telecommunications infrastructure integration and operations, clean energy production, energy infrastructure operation and integration and civil constructions.
We are looking for a Legal Counsel in our Legal Department, able to deliver professional pragmatic advice and practical support on legal issues to E-INFRA Group, with focus, especially on commercial matters in four main areas: Construction, Telecom & Energy Infrastructure, as well as Smart-city projects.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute in various legal projects which may occur in E-INFRA Group
- Offer added value in legal advice to partners in various projects, with a focus on commercial matters, litigation, public acquisitions, energy and construction/real estate
- Assist in updating and the continuous improvement of standard terms, conditions, policies, processes and systems within the legal function
- Develop and manage good working relationships with all business partners in E-INFRA Group
- Keep and improve the reporting routine
- Drafting, negotiating, reviewing a variety of commercial contracts and transactions and advise on legal risk
- Drafting documents and letters required for the day-to-day business
- Support in receivables recovery by drafting notices, court claims and legal representation
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Skills and qualifications:
- 2-6 years professional experience (lawyer, legal counsel)
- Advanced legal knowledge with focus on commercial law, litigation, public acquisitions, energy and real estate
- Collaboration is essential - team player, fair play, tact, compassion
- Energetic, positive mindset, can-do and proactive attitude
- Promoter of a healthy business ethic
- Desire and capacity to evolve and learn continuously
- High work capacity in challenging situations

- Enjoy complex legal cases
- Fluent in English (proficient in terms used in English legal vocabulary)
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
