Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team at E-INFRA Group and its affiliated entities. As our colleague, you will play a key role in providing legal advice and guidance across all aspects of our operations, with a focus on real estate.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on all aspects of the companies’ operations, covering both day-to-day and strategic business affairs, with an emphasis in areas such as Offer legal assistance in areas such as Commercial and Real Estate matters, ensuring full legal compliance.
• Draft and review a wide range of contracts, including real estate acquisition agreements and supply contracts for products and services. Oversee contract management processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks.
• Proactively communicate with management, proposing effective legal strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Management, Finance, and Operations teams, to address legal concerns and minimize risks.
• Provide updates on legislative and regulatory changes that may impact E-INFRA Group and insights on potential business implications.

Skills and qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience as a lawyer.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Advanced legal knowledge with a focus on real estate and commercial
• Proven ability to work independently
• Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
