Talent Acquisition Specialist - on site

Alongside these, the E-INFRA Group has been constantly developing and today has over 1200 employees.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Group HR Department, able to deliver best candidate experience and recruitment process execution with focus on four main markets: Construction, Telecom & Energy Infrastructure, as well as Smart-city projects. 

Location: Bucharest, Romania - on site

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both white-collar roles (engineers, project managers, specialists, support functions) and blue-collar roles (electricians, technicians, installers, site workers), from intake meetings with hiring managers to offer acceptance and onboarding handover.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, with focus on hard-to-fill technical and engineering roles across Construction, Telecom & Energy Infrastructure and Smart-City projects.
• Draft job descriptions and structured interview guides that reflect each role’s technical and behavioral requirements.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates, ensuring a fair, timely process and an excellent candidate experience.
• Prepare, negotiate and extend offers in line with internal compensation and benefits policies.
• Advise hiring managers on market availability, salary benchmarks and hiring strategies, while keeping up to date with industry employment trends.
• Develop university and technical school partnerships, internship programs and represent the Group at job fairs and employer branding events.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs on a regular basis and prepare ad-hoc reports as required.

Skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment within a large company or corporate environment.
• Experience recruiting both white-collar and blue-collar profiles, including volume hiring for operational and field roles.
• Solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with multiple hiring managers and priorities at once.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, sourcing techniques and interviewing best practices.
• Experience recruiting technical profiles (engineers, site managers, electricians, telecom/energy specialists) is a strong plus.
• Experience with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.
• Experience organizing job fairs, internship programs or university partnerships is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, discipline and a can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent Romanian and good English, written and spoken.
