Digital AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver Digital AI solutions Generative AI, RPA automations, Power Apps, and chatbot technologies.
• Develop custom applications using Power Apps, RPA, chatbots, and Generative AI technologies (including Microsoft Azure Open AI Services, LLM, and NLP) to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
• Conduct testing and validation of Digital AI solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to deployed Digital AI solutions.
• Stay current with the latest Digital AI technologies, features, and capabilities, and provide recommendations for their use.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development, digital AI solutions, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft’s Power Apps Platform, including Power Automate.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Experience in developing RPA automations and chatbots.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Python and C#.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Understanding of AI model deployment and monitoring.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards in AI and cloud environments.
