We are hiring a Brand Manager to join our marketing team. This is a senior, high-impact role focused on driving integrated campaigns, accelerating customer acquisition and strengthening brand performance across multiple business lines.
Some of the most important activities (not limited to): Integrated Marketing & Campaign Execution
Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns (digital, offline, events), aligned with commercial priorities and market dynamics;
Coordinate digital media agencies and internal teams to ensure consistent execution across channels;
Define communication strategies for launches, activations and tactical commercial initiatives;
Ensure strong visibility and execution standards within approved budgets;
Growth & Demand Generation
Contribute to acquisition strategy through performance-driven campaign planning and delivery;
Work closely with digital media agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize funnel performance and campaign execution;
Translate commercial priorities into actionable marketing programs;
Drive qualified lead generation through creative strategy, media coordination and execution;
Brand Management & Positioning
Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints;
Contribute to positioning development across Group companies;
Coordinate messaging alignment between brand communication and commercial priorities;
Agencies, Stakeholders & Execution Governance
Manage digital media, creative and production agencies across campaigns and projects;
Drive alignment across key stakeholders on campaign priorities, messaging and execution plans;
Coordinate internal teams to ensure consistent and efficient delivery;
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance and extract actionable insights;
Evaluate results against KPIs and recommend optimizations;
Track competitive landscape and market dynamics;
What we are looking for: Experience
5–8+ years in marketing roles (brand, digital, performance or integrated campaigns);
