IT Data BI & Digital AI Manager

E-INFRA - Bucuresti, Romania - Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Digital and Data Team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of Digital AI solution (automation, RPA, Power Automate, chatbot, etc.)
  • Oversee the design and delivery of Data BI platform (dashboards and reports developed in Power BI).
  • Develop custom applications using Power Apps, RPA, chatbots to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Digital Ai solutions and Data Platform.
  • Conduct testing and validation of Digital AI solution and Data Platform dashboard and to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Drive the IT demand management process and ensures that demands are captured, assessed, and implemented.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and project plans, and design clear and concise technical documentation.
  • Build an overall demand pipeline on an annual basis as well as in an ongoing basis (mapped with annual plan).
  • Develop and maintain a project and enhancement roadmap aligned with business priority, IT capacity, technical dependencies, and ongoing project portfolio.
  • Identifies and communicates any deviation from the demand management process, defines and implements corrective actions.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ensures timely and accurate reporting of all IT demand related issues to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Digital AI and Data BI features and capabilities and provide recommendations for their use.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing teams of software development, data analysis BI, digital solutions, or related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft's Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.
  • Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel.
