As a Senior HR Manager, the new colleague will play a key role in structuring, coordinating, and driving the operational execution of all HR processes at group level. The role aims to support the implementation of the HR strategy by developing teams and enhancing performance through a people-centered organizational culture.
You will be part of a team of 21 enthusiastic and driven HR professionals, reporting directly to the Group HR Director. Directly lead the HR Business Partner team (2 team members) and the HR Continuous Improvement structure, while providing dotted-line coordination to the 4 HR function leads across the organization: Recruitment, Learning & Development, Administration and Payroll. In this role, you will ensure the consistent implementation and monitoring of HR policies across all 5 companies from the group, acting as a bridge between strategy, execution and field operations, as well as leadership and local teams—being actively involved in all HR functional areas.
The position is based in our modern office located in Ana Tower (1A Poligrafiei Blvd.), with a standard working schedule, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Retention: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for critical roles, optimize sourcing strategies, and partner with HR and operations teams to implement effective retention initiatives.
- Engagement & Communication: Drive employee engagement initiatives, implement structured feedback mechanisms, and ensure clear and effective internal communication across the organization.
- HR Administration & Compliance: Oversee HR administrative activities (contracts, timekeeping, special working conditions), ensuring full compliance with labor legislation and internal standards.
- Compensation & Benefits: Conduct market benchmarking, analyze compensation data, and align internal practices with business needs and market trends.
- HR Digitalization: Contribute to the digital transformation of HR by streamlining processes and increasing the adoption of digital tools and automation.
- Learning & Development: Contribute at the implementation of the organization’s development strategy, focusing on technical skills, soft skills, and leadership capability building.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management processes aligned with organizational goals, development, and retention strategies.
- Strategic HR Partnership: Contribute to HR budgeting, organizational design, and the structuring of internal functions. Provide data-driven insights and act as a strategic partner in driving HR transformation and efficiency across all group companies.
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, HRCI) are considered an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, including at least 5 years in leading HR teams across multiple functional areas.
- Proven experience in dynamic, technical, or industrial environments (e.g., energy, infrastructure, manufacturing) is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing geographically distributed HR teams.
- Solid knowledge of labor legislation, payroll, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in structuring HR processes and driving HR digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong functional leadership skills, with a strategic mindset, hands-on approach, and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Availability for occasional travel to company sites.
- Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).
