Responsibilities:
• Develops and implements annual training plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Coordinates the delivery of training programs (internal and external), ensuring quality and relevance of content.
• Manages the administrative and logistical aspects of training sessions (participants, documentation, scheduling).
• Supports onboarding programs and ensures effective integration of new employees.
• Maintains and updates the centralized training calendar and learning records.
• Prepares training materials, presentations, and evaluation tools.
• Monitors and evaluates training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and reporting.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external providers for program delivery.
• Tracks training KPIs, costs, and program performance to support decision-making.
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of L&D processes, tools, and initiatives.
• Supports internal communication and organization of learning events (workshops, sessions, initiatives).
What We Are Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (HR Generalist, HRBP, L&D Specialist or related).
• Experience in organizing and supporting training programs (planning, coordination, evaluation).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
