Senior Recruiter

Through the companies part of the Group, E-INFRA operates in areas such as energy, telecommunications and civil infrastructure, being also present in key areas such as energy and green energy production, energy and natural gas distribution or telecommunications. The Group brings together the activities of Electrogrup, Nova Power & Gas, Netcity, Direct One and Wesee, companies active in the field of energy infrastructure and telecom projects. Alongside these, the E-INFRA Group has been constantly developing and today has over 1300 employees.
We are searching for a Senior Recruiter, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring the top talent attraction within the organization, as well as acting as a liant between the organization needs and market trends.
Location: Bucharest, Romania - on site
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Network with internal and external partners to build strategic prtnership
- Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements
- Drive and execute full candidate lifecycle recruiting
- Act as a partner for the stakeholders and constantly offer flexible solutions for identifying the suitable candidates
- Develop and maintain candidate flow using proactive sourcing techniques, especially by head hunting.
- Keep up to date with knowledge of industry employment trends, internal compensation, benefits, etc.
- Prepare, negotiate, and extend offer packages to candidates.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirement and propose new attractive channels if the case.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Develop and manage university & professional schools recruiting and internship program.
- Keep an accurate up to date recruitment reporting
Skills and qualifications:
- 3-5 years relevant experience within nische or complex recruitment projects
- Experience in the full lifecycle talent acquisition process in a corporate, or agency environment.
- Solid stakeholder management experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
- Proactive, discipline and a can-do attitude.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Adaptle, flexible, fast in reaction and curious by nature to learn new things and grow within the organization
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
