We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated In-House Lawyer to join our dynamic team – REGGIA CAPITAL & REAL ESTATE and Owned entities. As our In-House Lawyer, you will play a key role in providing legal advice and guidance, across all aspects of our operations, with a focus on real estate and business matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer legal counsel and direction concerning all aspects of companies’ operations, day to day and strategic business affairs. Provide legal assistance pertaining to Company, Labor, Administrative, and Financial law matters. Ensure the companies’ legal compliance.
  • Prepare and assess a diverse array of contracts, such as real estate acquisition agreements and supply contracts for products and services. Handle contract management processes.
  • Maintain accurate and current public records of the companies at the National Trade Register Office. Facilitate new Trade Register operations when needed.
  • Assume responsibility for the identification, assessment, and mitigation of legal risks. If required, manage legal investigations, disputes and litigation proceedings.
  • Proactively communicate with management and propose effective strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Management, Finance, and Operations teams, to address legal concerns and minimize risks.
  • Keep up to date with legislative changes and regulatory updates that could affect REGGIA and its subsidiaries, offering insights on potential business implications.
  • Develop, refine, and continuously enhance processes within the legal department to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and qualifications:

  • 7 years professional experience as a lawyer.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office applications.
  • Advanced legal knowledge with a focus on business and company law (real estate, administrative law, mergers & acquisitions knowledge is a plus).
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding accuracy and a results-driven mindset.
  • Effective time and priority management capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively identify and manage legal risks.
  • Collaboration is essential - team player, fair play, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.
