We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning activities for complex industrial and energy projects, ensuring systems are delivered safely, on time, and at required performance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases;
- Develop and implement commissioning strategies, procedures, schedules, and test protocols;
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (process, mechanical, electrical, automation) on site;
- Manage interfaces between engineering, construction, vendors, and client teams;
- Ensure proper execution of functional tests, performance tests, and system validation;
- Identify, track, and close punch list items / non-conformities;
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during start-up;
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, project specifications, and contractual requirements;
- Coordinate handover to operations, including training and final documentation;
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Process engineer);
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in industrial/ energy/ oil&gas projects;
- Proven experience in commissioning / start-up activities (preferably in EPC projects);
- Strong understanding of process systems, utilities, and industrial installations;
- Experience in site coordination and team leadership;
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings;
- Familiarity with testing procedures, commissioning workflows, and performance validation;
- Good knowledge of HSE practices and site safety requirements;
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills;
- Advanced English (spoken and written);
- Advantage: previous experience in open cycle projects.
