We are looking for a Recruiter in our Group HR Department, able to deliver best candidate experience and recruitment process execution with focus on four main markets: Construction, Telecom & Energy Infrastructure, as well as Smart-city projects. 
 

Location: Bucharest, Romania - on site

Main responsibilities:

  • Drive and execute full candidate lifecycle recruiting.
  • Develop and maintain candidate flow using proactive sourcing techniques. 
  • Keep up to date with knowledge of industry employment trends, internal compensation, benefits, etc.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and extend offer packages to candidates.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirement.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Develop and manage university & professional schools recruiting and internship program.
  • Report on recruitment activity on a regular basis and prepare reports as required.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in the full lifecycle talent acquisition process in a corporate, or agency environment.
  • Solid stakeholder management experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
  • Discipline and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
